Minister of Finance presents 2011/2012 Budget

Minister of Finance Winston Dookeran on October 10, 2011 presented the 2011/2012 Budget in the House of Representatives at Tower D, International Waterfront Complex, POS. It was the first order of business at the new temporary home for the Parliament Chamber.
