Minister of Tourism, the Honourable Joseph Ross
A Member of Parliament for the Barataria/San Juan Constituency, Joseph T. Ross is the newly appointed Minister of Tourism.
Formerly employed with theTrinidad and Tobago National Petroleum Marketing Company Limited as the Chief Internal Auditor; Minister Ross is a Certified Auditor (CIA), possesses a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Management. He is also a Certified International Safety Maritime Auditor (CISM).
Minister Ross has garnered over the years significant managerial experience; having worked in a wide range of private and public sector companies including Lever Brothers West Indies Limited, Ministry of Finance, and the Supreme Court.
Minister Ross is a Past President and Governor of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Trinidad and Tobago, Past Chairman of SERVOL Hi-Tech Centre, Director of the Education Facilities Management Company and Director of the Vehicle Maintenance Company Limited.
Minister Ross was a former Chairman of the San Juan/Laventille Regional Corporation. |
