Assignment of responsibility made by President, His Excellency George Maxwell Richards

Please note the following assignment of responsibility made by the President of Trinidad and Tobago, His Excellency George Maxwell Richards on July 06th, 2012:

It is hereby notified for general information that the President, acting in accordance with the advice of the Prime Minister, under the provisions of section 76 (3) and 79 (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, has assigned responsibility, with effect from 25th June, 2012, to Senator the Honourable Vasant Vivikenand Bharath for such duties as Minister in the Ministry of Finance and the Economy as may from time to time be specified by the Minister of Finance and the Economy.
