Traffic Accident Southbound on Solomon Hochoy Highway

The ODPM has been informed of a vehicular accident on the southbound lane of the Solomon Hochoy Highway in the vicinity of Claxton Bay. This has resulted in severe traffic congestion that may last 1-2 hours. The ODPM advises all motorists to proceed with caution and delay their travel if possible.

The ODPM, as the lead coordinator of emergency management, is currently in communication with first responder agencies and will update citizens as required.
