The Minister of Education, Dr. the Honourable Tim Gopeesingh answered questions from the members of the media after the close of the Ministry's Forum on Special Education,  The event took place yesterday, Tuesday 24 April, 2012 at the Rudranath Capildeo Learning Resource Centre (LRC), Mc Bean Couva and saw an attendence of over 400 people.
