The Minister of Education, Dr. the Honourable Tim Gopeesingh spoke at the launch of the Fifth (5th) Edition, Heart A Hero - "Confidence". It is an illustrated story at demonstrates the strength and confidence  of a young girl  to transform from a victim of abuse,  into her own Hero.

The event was organized by the Hero's Foundation and took place this morning at the National Library and Information System (NALIS) building, Port of Spain.
