February 06, 2012: The Minister of Gender, Youth and Child Development, Senator the Honourable Verna St. Rose Greaves spoke to members of the audience after the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Toco Foundation on the Gatekeepers Project at the Ministry's head office, Level 21, Tower D, International Waterfront Complex, Port of Spain.
