April 11, 2016: Members of the media are invited to attend the formal opening of the Upper El Dorado Community Centre.

Minister of Community Development, Culture and the Arts, Dr. the Honourable Nyan Gadsby-Dolly will deliver the feature address and formally commission the new facility.

It is the eighth community centre to be opened by the Minister, since she assumed her portfolio on September 11, 2015.   The completion of this facility is part of the Ministry’s ongoing Community Centres Construction and Refurbishment Programme.
