Retro-reflective Road Studs to be installed along the Diego Martin Highway

October 31, 2014: The Ministry of Works and Infrastructure wishes to advise the public that it will be installing Retro-reflective Road Studs/Cat Eyes on the Diego Martin Highway on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd November 2014 from 7am to 5pm.


These works will take place along the NorthboundLanes of the Diego Martin Highway from Morne Coco Road to Crystal Stream and along theSouthbound Lanesbetween Crystal Stream and Morne Coco Road:

These works are being carried out to improve road marking visibility at night. 


Motorists are therefore advised to:-

ü  Please proceed with caution and observe all directional signs.

ü  Comply with instructions from Police Officers on site to facilitate the flow of traffic in an orderly manner.

These works are being carried out at the weekend to minimise disruption to motorists.  However, The Ministry of Works and Infrastructure apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks the public for its cooperation.
