Port of Spain: The Ministry of National Security advises the public that the Immigration Division offices located at No. 2 Knox Street, San Fernando will be closed today, Friday August 07, 2020 in order to facilitate sanitization of the premises.

This has become necessary as a police officer attached to the Immigration Enforcement Unit, San Fernando has been identified as part of a contact trace investigation for COVID-19.

Operations at that office are expected to resume on Monday August 10, 2020.

The Ministry regrets any inconvenience that may be caused.
