Call for Adult and Youth Peer Resolution (PR) Volunteers for the Children Court
The Family and Children Division of the High Court, Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago, is currently accepting applications for Youth and Adult Peer Resolution Volunteers for the Children Court in Trinidad and in Tobago. Peer Resolution is an alternative way of dealing with children in conflict with the law. It is a process whereby the Children Court requests trained Youth Volunteers (aged 13-17) to recommend sanctions for children who have come before the Court for minor offences using Court-like procedures. We invite you to share the attached flyers with eligible adults and children (age 13-17) who may be interested. For more information, please visit http://www.ttlawcourts.org/peerresolution or contact the Peer Resolution Centre Coordinating Unit at (868) 223- 1060 ext. 1318/ 1583/1584.
